Drei Wünsche hast du frei - Jackson Pearce I really wanted to love this book because i´ve heard so many great things about it and it got recommended to me and a lot of people who have a similar book taste loved it and I got it from the publisher and I was really excited to start it and ... i just ended up being kind of disappointed. It´s not like i didn´t like this book. I did!It is a really great story and the love story in it is definitely cute but...I thought Lawrence was the only really cool character here. I just couldn´t relate to Viola and in my eyes I couldn´t really see why she fell in love with Dschinn and everything seemed just a bit forced. I mean I think I kind of understand how Viola feels when she says she is transparent, I feel like this sometimes too. But all in all I found her a bit too whiny AND a bit too unrealistic with her wishes aka not-wishing-anything-because-i´m-smart-and-i-know-i-should-wish-for-something-better... Because who would really do that? I know I wouldn´t, but maybe I´m the only one.And I just expected a much bigger Love Story here. Maybe it is a big love story to a lot of the readers but because it was so easliy predictable in my eyes the epic love finale lost a lot of power and was not that epic and turned out really cheesy. Which i normally like but somehow just annoyed me here. The story was nice and original (no vampires or angels *whooohooo*) though really see-through and not very surprising.I ended up giving this book 3.5 stars because i liked it more than just "liked it" but not enough to "really like" it.hmm...
